BOOKING POLICY

We aim to provide a professional, supportive and results-driven experience for every client. To help us do that, we ask all clients to review and agree to the following terms before booking:

• I consent to assessment, patch test and treatment/s to be carried out at FreshFace London.
• If I have provided incorrect information on my consultation or medical history form, FreshFace London is not liable for any adverse reactions.
• I will notify FreshFace London immediately if my medical history changes.

• Lateness of more than 15 minutes will result in an automatic reschedule, and a £25 rescheduling fee will apply.
• I must give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule, or a £50 late cancellation fee will be charged (taken from my deposit).
• I understand out-of-hours slots carry a £100 surcharge.

• All deposits are non-refundable.
• All payments made to FreshFace London are non-refundable.
• 9–12+ sessions may be required for certain treatments. Results are individual and no guarantees are given.

• I must confirm my appointment via SMS or risk automatic cancellation.

• I understand that all treatments carry some risk of side effects and I am happy to proceed.
• In the event of any adverse reaction, I accept that FreshFace London is not liable.
